摘　　要：为了让设备制造商或运营商解决不同工业场景数据采集和传输的问题,设计了一种多通道工业设备远程数据采集系统它具备硬件多级保护、数据离线存储、断网重传的功能,具有良好的过流、过压和输人接反保护的能力。该系统以增强型微处理器STM32F103构建系统的核心控制电路,实现了5路的数字量信号、工业生产设备的通断电时间、SIM卡号和设备定位等参数信息的采集,并通过4G通信上传至服务器。企业及数据管理中心可以方便地监控设备的运行情况,也可以通过手机监控现场工业过程。系统采用了4G通信模块、离线数据缓存和断网重传机制,保证了数据传输的可靠性,数据丢包率低至0.31%。系统的工作状态由4个LED灯进行显示,经过实际测试证明,系统能快速、稳定地采集和传输数据,可灵活应用于工业场合。In order to allow equipment manufacturers or operators to solve the problems of data acquisition and transmission in different industrial applications,a multi-channel remote data acquisition system for industrial equipment is designed,which has the functions of multi-level hardware protection,offline data storage,data retransmission after network reconnection,and the good capabilities of over-current,over-voltage and input reverse protection.The system uses the enhanced processor STM32F103 to construct the core control circuit of the system,which realizes the acquisition of 5-channel digital signals and parameters information of industrial production equipment,such as equipment power-on and power-off time,SIM card number and equipment location.By transmitting the information acquired to servers via 4G communication,enterprises and data management centers can easily monitor the operation of the equipment,and also monitor the on-site industrial process through mobile phones.The system adopts 4G communication module,offline data buffer and retransmission mechanism after network reconnection to ensure the reliability of data transmission,and the data packet loss rate is as low as 0.31%.The working status of the system is displayed by 4 LED lights.It is shown in actual tests that the system can sample and transmit data quickly and stably,and can be flexibly applied to industrial occasions.
