摘 要:随着我国工业化的全面发展和社会的进步,国家提出能源可持续发展、节能减排等政策针对空气质量监测局限性等问题,提出基于LabVIEW的空气质量监测系统的设计,系统以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,可通过温度、颗粒物等传感器组,实时监测设定范围内空气中PM2.5及其前体物的含量;通过聚类分析等算法对空气质量影响因素进行评估,若超出评估质量阈值则发出报警信号;通过串口连接数据传输和LabVIEW软件,完成上位机监测界面的数据图表化显示。调试结果表明,系统可实时监测环境中的空气指标信息,并将其上传至上位机显示并进行评估,以达到监测空气质量的目的该系统设计对空气污染防治规划具有一定的参考价值。With the comprehensive development of our industry and the progress of society,China puts forward policies such as sustainable energy development and energy conservation and emission reduction.Hie design of air quality monitoring system based on labVIFW is proposed for the problem of air quality monitoring limitation.The system is controlled by STC89C52 single chip,which can monitor the content of PM2.5 and its precursors in the air within the set range by temperature and particle sensor group in real-time.The quality of air is evaluated by cluster analysis algorithm,and the alarm signal is issued if the quality threshold is exceeded.Tlirough the serial port connection data transmission and Lab VIEW software,the data on the upper machine monitoring interface is graphically displayed.The results show that the system can monitor the air index infomiation of the environment in real time,and upload it to upper machine for display and evaluation to achieve the puipose of air quality monitoring.Hie design of this system has certain reference value for air pollution prevention plan.
