摘  要:介绍了近十五年来我国守时系统取得的进展。从历年指标来看,我国守时系统频率稳定度提高较快,目前地方协调世界时[UTC(k)]与世界协调时UTC保持在±5ns以内。为进一步寻找与国外先进守时系统的差距,利用国际计量局(BIPM)公布的全球守时实验室相关数据,将我国守时系统UTC(k)的时间稳定度、频率稳定度、控制精度等性能指标和在国际原子时(TAI)计算中的贡献权重与德国物理技术研究院(PTB)、美国海军天文台(USN0)、俄罗斯国家计量院(SU)等守时实验室进行了比较分析。结果表明,在性能指标方面,我国守时系统UTC(A)与国外先进守时实验室相当;我国UTC(k)在TAI计算中权重为7%以上,仅次于美国海军天文台、俄罗斯国家计量院。The progress of China’s time-keeping systems in the last 15 years is introduced.Through the historical indexes,China’s time-keeping systems show rapid improvement in frequency stability,and the difference between local universal coordinated time[UTC(k)]and standard coordinated universal time(UTC)is maintained within±5 ns at present.In order to make more clear the gap with advanced time-keeping systems in foreign countries,through the use of related data from global time-keeping laboratories,released by international bureau of weights and measures(BIPM),China Js time-keeping systems are analyzed and compared with international metrology institute laboratories,such as Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt(PTB),United States Naval Observatory(USNO),Russia's SU,in performance indicators such as time stability,frequency stability and control accuracy,and in the contribution weight in international automic time(IAT).The results show that China's time-keeping systems UTC(k)are comparable to foreign advanced time-keeping laboratories in terms of performance indexes.China’s UTC(k)play a role weighed more than 1%in the TAI calculation,only next to United States Naval Observatory and the Russian National Metrology Institute.
