摘  要:企业协同办公管理往往追求的是成本低廉、性能高的智能化管理。为了实现企业的移动协同办公管理,在企业协同办公管理中创新性地引入3D可视化技术。利用该技术进行办公镜头的分割、视频帧的提取,构建基于3D可视化技术的企业协同办公管理,并分析3D可视化技术对企业移动协同办公管理的作用效果。研究结果显示,3D可视化技术能有效地进行镜头的切割和聚类;对于同一项任务,与传统信息交流的效率30min相比,3D可视化技术将信息交流效率提升至25min;从企业人事处工作效率上看,传统信息交流下的工作效率为50min,3D可视化信息交流下的工作效率提升至45min。将3D可视化技术应用至企业协同办公管理中,可有效提高企业各部门的工作效率,加强企业的协同办公管理力度。The intelligent management with low cost and high performance is always desired in enterprise cooperative office management.In order to realize the mobile cooperative office management in enterprises,3D visualization technology is innovatively introduced into the enterprise cooperative office management.This technology is used for office shot segmentation and the video frame extraction,and structuring the enterprise collaborative office management based on 3D visualization technology.And its effect on the enterprise mobile collaborative office management is analyzed.The results show that 3D visualization technology can effectively cut and cluster shots.For one task,compared with the efficiency of traditional information exchange 30 min,3D visualization technology improves the efficiency of information exchange to 25 min.From the perspective of the working efficiency of the personnel office,the working efficiency of traditional information exchange is 50 min,and that is raised to 45 min in 3D visualization information exchange.Applying 3D visualization technology in enterprise collaborative office management can effectively improve the working efficiency of various departments in the enterprise,and strengthen the collaborative management in the enterprise.
