摘 要:目前我国的桥梁技术状况评定方法均存在不稳定问题,为了减少桥梁技术状况评定时主观因素的影响,在原有规范分类标准的基础上,本文结合病害的严重程度,将最高标度为5级的病害进一步细分为2类,得到新的桥梁病害分类,并将其划分为影响桥梁正常使用和承载能力的病害;基于层次分析法在原有桥梁构件、部件、结构体系层次划分的基础上,结合二种状态确定出新的层次分析模型及各层次分项的权重,进而计算桥梁技术状况等级(Ⅰ~Ⅴ级);结合实际工程案例对现行规范法、减轻扣分值法和本文性能状态法的评定结果进行对比,结果表明:性能状态法计算的结果与其他2种方法接近,介于其他2种方法之间,说明本文方法是可行、有效的;提高承重构件病害等级后,3种方法的评分分别降低0.35%、0.28%、3.20%;提高一般构件病害等级后,3种方法的评分分别降低了10.58%、7.18%、1.59%,表明本文方法对桥梁主要构件的病害敏感性更高,对一般构件的敏感性较低。The current assessment methods for China bridge technical conditions are unstable.According to the original classification standard,combining the severity of disease,a new classification of bridge disease is obtained through the diseases with 5 scales are further classified into 2 grades,then,it is divided into the diseases that affect the serviceability state and ultimate state of the bridge.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the new AHP model and the weight of each level item are determined by combining the two states on the basis of the hierarchical division of the original bridge members,components and structural system,and then the technical condition level of the bridge be calculated(levelⅠ~Ⅴ).Based on the practical engineering case,the assessment results of the current specification method,reduce the score method and performance-status-based method are compared,the feasibility and effectiveness of the latter method are verifiedby means of the result of the performance state method is between and close to that of the other two methods.With increasing the damage level of load-bearing component,the scores of the three methods are reduced by 0.35%,0.28%and 3.20%,respectively,increasing the damage level of general component,the scores of the three methods decreased by 10.58%,7.18%and 1.59%,respectively,this results show that performance-status-based method is more sensitive to the load-bearing components of the bridge and less sensitive to the general components.
