针对性护理干预在中晚期直肠癌三维适形放疗同步化疗、热疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：为探讨中晚期直肠癌接受三维适形放疗同步化疗、热疗时予以针对性护理干预的效果,将68例接受三维适形放疗同步化疗、热疗的中晚期直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受针对性护理干预。比较2组患者负性情绪和护理满意度。结果显示,2组患者护理干预前SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,三维适形放疗同步化疗、热疗治疗中晚期直肠癌,患者易出现焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,针对性护理干预可缓解其负性情绪,提高护理满意度。This study was to observe the efficacy of target nursing intervention(TNI)on mid-and late rectal cancer patients undergoing 3 Dconformal radiation and synchronous chemotherpy,thermotherapy,randomly divided 68 cases met above conditions into control group(34 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(34 cases,target nursing);then,compared both group’s patients’negative emotion and statisfactory degree to nursing.As results,before nursing intervention in SAS,and SDS score ratings there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but after nursing intervention the score rating on SAS and SDS,and the nursing satisfactory degree of observation group was respectively and significantly lower,and higher than that of control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that amidst 3 Dconformal radiation and synchronous chemotherapy,thermotherapy mid-and late rectal cancer patients easily suffer from anxiety and depression,etc negative emotion,giving them TNI can relieve these negative emotion,and lift their satisfactory degree to nursing.
