摘  要:长流程钢铁企业尤其是优特钢企业,企业核心是在质量保证的基础上做好质量控制,而质量控制的重心在于标准管理。标准管理包括判定标准、工艺参数的建立及更新。在介绍质量管理及标准管理的方法上,重点引入材质代码的概念,利用材质代码对优特钢企业种类繁多的钢种进行有效的标准管理。同时详细描述了材质代码的过程方法和原理,最后以济源钢铁为例说明,制造企业生产过程执行系统(manufacturing execution system,MES)利用材质代码做好质量管理所发挥的作用,为企业实施质量过程控制提供有效的技术手段。The core of long process iron and steel enterprises,especially excellent special steel,is to do a good job in quality control on the basis of quality assurance,and the focus of quality control lies in the standard management,which includes the establishment and update of judgment standards and process parameters.On the basis of introducing the methods of quality management and standard management,the concept of material code was introduced,which was used to effectively manage a wide variety of steel grades in excellent special steel enterprise.At the same time,the process method and principle of material code were described in detail.Finally,taking Jiyuan Iron and Steel Company as an example,the role of manufacturing execution system(MES)in quality management by using material code was illustrated,which provided effective technical means for enterprises to implement quality process control.
