摘 要:防缠导板由于双液压缸驱动的不同步性,时常发生划伤轧辊、机械卡死等现象,对所生产产品的质量造成了较大的影响,有时甚至还会影响到生产的安全。对双液压缸驱动的同步误差影响因素进行分析,得到同步误差产生的原因不仅来自于系统本身元件制造与安装,还来自于外部负载的因素变化以及系统长时间运行。此外,还利用AMESim液压仿真软件对电磁比例位置控制系统进行建模,分析了节流阀阀口开度、活塞杆直径、活塞和负载总质量3种不同因素对双液压缸同步特性的影响。仿真和现场结果表明,随一侧节流阀阀口开度减小,双液压缸的不同步情况越严重,两侧活塞杆直径以及活塞和负载总质量的不一致也会对双液压缸的同步特性产生影响。Due to the asynchrony of the double hydraulic cylinder drive,the anti-sticking guide often scratches the roll,mechanical jamming and other phenomena.It has a great impact on the quality of products,and sometimes even affects the safety of production.The influencing factors of synchronization error of double hydraulic cylinder drive are analyzed,and finds that the causes of synchronization error are not only from the manufacturing and installation of system components,but also from the changes of external load factors and the long-time operation of the system.In addition,AMESim hydraulic simulation software is used to model the electromagnetic proportional position control system,and the effects of throttle valve opening,piston rod diameter,piston and total load mass on the synchronization characteristics of the two hydraulic cylinders are analyzed.The simulation and field results show that with the decrease of throttle valve opening on one side,the asynchrony of the two hy-draulic cylinders is more serious,and the inconsistency of piston rod diameter on both sides and the total mass of piston and load will also affect the synchronization characteristics of the two hydraulic cylinders.
