摘　　要：由于现有电务车载设备(尤其是车下设备)缺乏智能化检测手段,给设备检修带来一定困难,因此开发研制了机车走行部电务设备智能检测诊断系统。该系统可进行图像自动识别和历史图像对比分析;实现图像数据的数据库建立、存储和检索,机车异常情况的自动分析及报告的生成,以及机车异常项点统计和查询等;降低了检测人员作业的强度,提高了作业安全和效率,确保了铁路运输的安全稳定。There is certain difficulty due to the lack of means of intelligent detection of existing onboard signal devices, especially those installed beneath the vehicle. So, the intelligent Inspection and diagnosis system for signal devices on locomotive bogie is developed, which can conduct image recognition and comparison and analysis of historical images, establishment and data retrieval of image storage database, automatic analysis and report generation of locomotives’ abnormalities, as well as statistics and query of locomotives’ abnormalities, thus reducing the workload of the inspectors and improving the safety and work efficiency of the operators, and ensuring the safety and stability of railway transportation.
