摘　　要：通过三维软件进行轨道减振器注射模具注胶系统、型腔系统、定位系统、排气系统及封胶系统等结构设计,将注射模具结构3D模型数据导入sigmasoft软件进行仿真分析,并修正流道结构,最终得出最优注胶系统,完成模具开发。结果表明,设计的Half瓣模结构借助注射机动力,实现了产品自动脱模,提高了生产效率。The structure of track damper injection mold was designed by three-dimensional software, then the 3 D model of injection mold was imported into Sigmasoft for simulation analysis and modified the flow channel structure, and obtained the optimal injection system to complete the mold design.With the power of injection machine, the automatic demolding was realized, the production efficiency was improved.The injection mold had been verified by batch production and runs stably and reliably.
