摘  要:采用分光光度法和超高效液相色谱法相结合,探讨不同栽培地、不同生长期和不同剂量水杨酸处理的白肉灵芝(Ganoderma leucocontextum)子实体中三萜含量和种类的变化。结果表明:不同栽培地会影响白肉灵芝子实体中三萜的含量和种类,其中,在西藏拉萨市曲水县栽培的子实体中三萜含量较高;从原基期到喷孢后期,子实体中三萜含量逐渐升高,但种类无显著变化;不同剂量的水杨酸喷施处理对子实体中三萜的种类和含量无显著影响,在100μmol·L^(-1)剂量下,有可能会增加白肉灵芝子实体中甾醇的含量。Using spectrophotometry and ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC),triterpenoid profiles were determined for Ganoderma leucocontextum fruiting bodies from different regions in Tibet,atdifferent growth stages and treated with different doses of salicylic acid,respectively.The results showed that the content and type of triterpenoids in G.leucocontextum varied among different cultivation sites.Fruiting bodies cultivated at Qushui County of Lasa City contained a high level of triterpenoids.From the bud stage to the late sporulation stage,the triterpenoid profile remained the same,but the triterpenoid content increased gradually.There was no significant difference in the type or content of triterpenoids among G.leucocontextum treated with different doses of salicylic acid.On the other hand,the sterol content seemed to increase under 100μmol·L^(-1)salicylic acid.
