摘  要:煤层气井排采过程中,地层产出煤粉随流体流动进入管柱,若不能及时随泵筒和油管被携带至地面,而在泵筒中沉淀造成泵漏失和卡泵等井下故障会严重制约煤层气开采效率.从煤层中产出煤粉的原因出发,通过研究管柱中煤粉运移规律,找出煤粉沉淀与粒径和排液速度的关系,并结合保德区块煤粉物理特性,针对煤粉沉淀原因在现场进行小缝宽筛管和加厚内衬油管等技术对策试验,效果显著;同时根据煤粉影响的前期表象,制定预防卡泵的地面管理措施,形成一套适合保德区块的防粉技术,对于其他煤层气开发区块也具有借鉴意义.In the process of drainage and production of coalbed methane(CBM)wells,the coal powder produced by the formation flows into the pipe string with the fluid.If it can not be carried to the surface with the pump barrel and tubing on time,and the precipitation in the pump barrel causes the pump leakage and stuck pump and other downhole faults,it will seriously restrict the efficiency of CBM production.Based on the reason of producing coal powder in coal seam,we find out the relationship between coal powder precipitation and particle size and liquid discharge velocity by studying the coal powder movement law in pipe string.Combining with the physical characteristics of coal powder in Baode District,according to the reason of coal powder precipitation,we carries out technical countermeasures test such as small seam wide screen pipe and thickened inner lined oil pipe on site,and the effect is remarkable.At the same time,according to the early appearance of coal powder influence,we formulates the technical countermeasures,such as the ground management measures to prevent pump sticking form a set of anti coal powder technology suitable for Baode District,which also has reference significance for other CBM development region.
