局部穴位按压联合芳香疗法对恶性血液病化疗相关性恶心呕吐的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价非药物干预措施局部穴位按压联合芳香疗法对恶性血液病病人化疗相关性恶心呕吐的干预效果。方法:便利抽样在血液科进行化疗的恶性血液病病人65例作为研究对象,按照治疗时间分为对照组35例和干预组30例。对照组给予常规药物干预措施和健康教育,干预组在对照组的基础上给予局部穴位按压联合柠檬片、生姜和薄荷等芳香疗法。比较2组病人化疗结束后24 h内的化疗相关性恶心呕吐程度、生活质量和焦虑水平。结果:干预组化疗结束后24 h内的化疗相关性恶心呕吐程度和焦虑水平明显低于对照组,生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:使用局部穴位按压联合芳香疗法的非药物干预措施,可以有效缓解恶性血液病病人化疗相关性恶心呕吐的症状,改善病人的生活品质,提高舒适感,降低焦虑等心理负担。Objective:To evaluate the effect of local acupoint pressing combined with aromatherapy on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant blood diseases.Methods:Sixty-five patients with malignant blood diseases who received chemotherapy in the hematology department were selected by convenient sampling and divided into control group(n=35)and intervention group(n=30)according to the treatment time.The control group was treated with routine drug intervention and health education,and the intervention group was treated with local acupoint pressing combined with aromatherapy such as lemon tablet,ginger and mint on the basis of the control group.The degree of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,quality of life and anxiety were compared between the two groups within 24 hours after chemotherapy.Results:The degree of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and anxiety in intervention group within 24 hours after chemotherapy were significantly lower than those in control group,and the quality of life was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The non-drug intervention measure of local acupoint pressing combined with aromatherapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant blood diseases,improve the patients′quality of life and sense of comfort,and reduce anxiety and other psychological burdens.
