高速重载火车轮毂加工刀片的材质分析

摘  要:本文对近期使用的三种进口的优质轮毂加工刀片的组成、显微结构(基体、涂层)及性能进行了剖析。结果表明:三种刀片的涂层均为多层复合涂层。其中一种用于精加工的刀片基体为WC-Co合金,Co的质量分数为6.2%,硬度HRA 92.4,平均晶粒度为1.30μm,涂层结构为基体-TiCN-Al_(2)O_(3);另外二种用于粗加工和半精加工的刀片基体均为WC-TiC-TaC-NbC-Co合金,Co的质量分数分别为5.2%和4.8%,硬度分别为HRA91.7和HRA 91.5,平均晶粒度分别为1.48μm和1.58μm,涂层结构均为基体-TiCN-Al2O3-TiN,基体均为表面脱(无)立方相、富钴的梯度合金。The compositions,micro structures of the coatings and substrates and properties of three kinds of imported high-quality hub cutters recently used are analyzed.The results show that all the cutters are multilayer composite coatings.The composition of the substrate of the cutter for finishing is WC-Co,with Co content of 6.2 wt%,the mean grain size of 1.30μm and the hardness of HRA92.4,the structure of coating is substrate-TiCN-Al_(2)O_(3).The compositions of the other two substrates for roughing and semi-finishing are WC-TiC-TaC-NbC-Co,with Co content of 5.2 wt%and 4.8 wt%,the mean grain size of 1.48μm and 1.58μm,and the hardness of HRA91.7 and HRA91.5,respectively.Both structures of coatings are substrate-TiCN-Al2O3-TiN,and all the substrates are Co-rich and cubic phase free layer gradient structure.
