摘  要:针对船舶轴系的轴向振动问题,研究一种船舶推力轴承轴向液压脉动衰减器。基于四端参数法对安装液压脉动衰减器的船舶推力轴承进行数学模型简化,推导推力轴到推力轴承壳体表面的振级落差,分析液压脉动衰减器的结构参数对轴向减振效果的影响,并基于遗传算法对结构参数进行优化。研究结果表明,在船舶推力轴承中安装液压脉动衰减器能有效降低轴系的轴向振动;减振效果随着油管内径和油箱体积的增大呈小幅增强的趋势,随着油管长度和液压缸直径的增加呈小幅减弱的趋势;液压缸直径对减振效果的影响最大,其次为油管内径,油箱体积和油管长度对减振效果的影响相对较小;对结构进行优化之后减振效果良好,平均提高12.05 dB。Aiming at the axial vibration of ship shafting, an axial hydraulic pulsation attenuator for ship thrust bearing is studied. Based on the four-pole parameters method, the mathematical model of the ship thrust bearing with hydraulic pulsation attenuator is simplified, and the vibration level drop from the thrust shaft to the surface of the thrust bearing shell surface is derived. The influence of the structural parameters of the hydraulic pulsation attenuator on the axial vibration damping effect is analyzed, and the structural parameters are optimized based on the genetic algorithm. The results show that the installation of hydraulic pulsation attenuator in the thrust bearing of the ship can reduce the axial vibration of the shaft system. The vibration damping effect tends to increase slightly with the increase of the inner diameter of the tubing and the volume of the fuel tank, and decreases slightly with the increase of the length of the tubing and he diameter of the hydraulic cylinder. The diameter of the hydraulic cylinder has the greatest influence on the damping effect, followed by the inner diameter of the oil pipe, while the volume of the oil tank and the length of the oil pipe have relatively little influence. After structural optimization, the damping effect was improved by 12.05 dB on average.
