摘 要:针对深水半潜式起重铺管船的功能需求,通过风洞模型试验和数值计算的方法得到船舶环境载荷,确定船舶的推力需求,进而确定不同的推进器配置方案。经过综合对比,选定12台4 500 kW全回转推进器配置方案。通过对推进器的水动力干扰情况进行分析,确定推进器的布置位置,并对其失效模式进行优化,使推进器配置能满足目标船的动力定位能力和机舱布置要求。按规范的要求对船舶进行环境规则参数(ERN)分析,评估其动力定位能力。通过研究明确了推进器配置应考虑的因素、优化方法和配置方案评估方法,可供实际工程中船舶推进器的选型和配置参考。According to the functional requirements of deepwater Semi-Submersible Crane/Pipe-laying Vessel, thrust requirement is obtained by wind tunnel model test and numerical calculation. Different thruster configuration plans are proposed based on the thrust requirements. After comprehensive comparison, 12×4 500 kW azimuth thrusters configuration plans are selected. The thruster locations are defined by analyzing the interactions of thruster-thruster and thruster-hull. The thruster failure modes are optimized in order to meet the DP capability and engine room layout requirements. In the end, according to the requirements of DNV specification, the ERN analysis is carried out to evaluate the dynamic positioning capability of the vessel. Through the research, the considered factors, optimization methods and evaluation methods of thruster configuration are presented, which can be used for thruster selection and configuration in practical engineering.
