摘　　要：为解决大型船舶舵叶体高空悬挂轴连接安装存在的安全、质量和效率方面的问题,研制一种大型螺母自动安装机设备。该自动化设备主要采用液压顶推与电机旋转拧紧配合实现大型螺母的悬挂安装;通过螺母紧定拖拽液压缸获得螺母的纵向顶推进给;通过螺母承载盘旋转的驱动电机实现大型螺母的水平面旋转进给。设计螺母承载托盘本体和装夹方法,以及拖拽液压缸本体机构、地面泵站液压动力系统、螺母拖拽支撑架和螺母承载托盘旋转驱动机构等关键部件,并对其工作原理进行阐述,同时设计工作流程。在此基础上,研制实物样机进行试验,结果表明,该自动化装备能降低工人高空作业的风险,提高螺母安装质量,提升螺母安装效率,具有应用和推广价值。In order to solve the problems of safety, quality and efficiency in the connection and installation of high-altitude hanging shaft of rudder blade of large ships, an automatic installation equipment of large nuts is developed. The automatic equipment mainly uses hydraulic pusher and motor rotation tightening to achieve the hanging of the large nut installation, and uses the nut fixed drag hydraulic cylinder to get the nut vertical push feed;the horizontal rotary feeding of the large nut is realized by the driving motor with the rotating bearing plate of the nut. The key components, such as the bearing tray body of the nut and its clamping method, the body mechanism of the dragging hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic power system of the ground pumping station, the bearing bracket of the nut and the rotating driving mechanism of the bearing tray of the nut are designed, and its working principle is expounded, and the working flow is designed. On this basis, a prototype is developed and tested. The test results show that the automatic equipment reduces the risk of workers working at high altitude, improves the quality of nut installation and the efficiency of nut installation. It has the value of application and popularization.
