摘 要:针对直流电动机存在转速特性上升,导致系统运行不稳定的问题,本文建立电磁场有限元计算方法代替磁路计算方法,来进行直流电动机转速特性计算。计算结果表明,增加串励绕组后,可使得电机的转速特性单调下降,是解决系统运行不稳定问题的有效措施。通过试验验证,采用电磁场有限元方法计算的转速特性与实际情况一致,可指导串励绕组的设计。Aiming at the problem of DC motor speed characteristics rising causing the system unstable,the electromagnetic field finite element calculation method for replacing the magnetic circuit calculation method to calculate the speed characteristic of the DC motor is proposed.The calculation results show that the addingtion of series winding can make the speed characteristic decline monotonically.It has been verified by experiments that the speed characteristic calculated using the electromagnetic field finite element method is consistent with the actual situation,the method can provide reference for the design of the same kind of series winding.
