摘 要:在电力系统元件中断路器承载着分断短路故障电流保护其它元器件不受损坏的作用,其中过电流脱扣器起着至关重要的作用,其结构设计的好坏制约着断路器分断过电流和短路电流的可靠性,本文研究了传统过电流脱扣器的结构设计,发现其存在吸力侧偏及调节力值范围较窄的缺点,后对其进行结构改进,解决了上述问题,并通过仿真及试验证实了优化方案的可行性。As components in the power system,circuit breakers have the function of breaking short circuit fault current to protect other components from damage.The over-current tripper of the breaker plays a vital role,and the quality of its structural design restricts the reliability of breaker breaking under over current and short-circuit current.In this paper,the structural design of the traditional over-current tripper and its shortcomings of suction side deviation and narrow regulating force value range are stated.And the structural optimization of the tripper to solve the above problem is introduced.And then,the simulation calculations and test results of the improved tripper are given,which show the feasibility of the optimization scheme.
