摘  要:为了提高某3500吨敷缆船综合电力推进系统可靠性、智能化、系统冗余性能的技术指标,设计过程中采用了系统计算、仿真验证等技术手段,在设备研制过程中采用了具有热备冗余功能的智能化能量管理系统、智能化船舶机舱监控系统、大功率低速柴油发电机组冗余控制技术、变频软启动器同步切换电流抑制技术等关键技术。所有技术指标在系泊航行实验中得到验证。In order to improve the reliability,intelligence and redundancy performances of the integrated electric propulsion system of a certain 3500 tons cable layer,the system calculation,simulation verification and other technical means were adopted in the design processes.And the key technologies such as intelligent power management system with hot standby redundancy function,intelligent engine room monitoring system,redundancy control technology of high-power low-speed diesel generator set,synchronous switching current suppression technology of variable-frequency soft starter and so on were adopted in the processes of equipment development.In this paper,the technologies mentioned above and their application outcomes are introduced.All the technological index requirements were met and verified in the mooring and navigation tests.
