摘  要:目的探讨基于"护世界"平台的小规模限制性在线课程联合问题-讨论-指导的教学法在重症专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法按照培训时间将58名重症专科护士学员分为对照组(30名)与观察组(28名),两组理论授课分别采用传统教学法和基于"护世界"平台的联合教学法,培训后对两组理论、操作、个案报告成绩及护士岗位胜任力、教学满意度进行评价。结果两组学员的理论、操作、个案报告、岗位胜任力、教学满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论小规模限制性在线课程联合问题-讨论-指导的教学法能有效提高重症专科护士培训效果与教学满意度。Objective To explore the effect of applying"Nursing World"platform backed SPOC(small private online course)tea-ching plus PDG(problem-discussion-guidance)teaching method in training program for intensive care nurse specialist candidates.Methods According to the training time periods,58 intensive care nurse specialist candidates were divided into a control group(n=30),who was subjected to traditional teaching method,and an intervention group(n=28),who was subjected to"Nursing World"platform backed SPOC teaching plus PDG teaching method.The candidates′performance in written and skill exams,and case reports,as well as their on-the-job competence level,and satisfaction with the teaching me-thod,were evaluated.Results There were significant differences in written and skill exams results,case reporting scores,job competencies scores,and satisfaction with the teaching method,between the 2 groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion SPOC combined with PDG teaching method can effectively improve the training effect and satisfaction of intensive care nurse specialist candidates.
