摘 要:机械防砂是胜利油田疏松砂岩油藏油井主要的防砂方式之一,常规树脂滤在大斜度井下入过程中易破损,防砂后易堵塞,油层局部出液不均匀时,易造成滤砂管挤压变形,导致防砂失效。为此,研制了一种高效安全防砂滤砂管。滤砂管增加外保护套,提高了滤砂管下井成功率;采用复合过滤层,改善了渗流能力;增加了内安全防砂过滤结构,延长了防砂有效期。现场试验16井次,防砂成功率93.8%,平均单井节约措施费用14万元。现场应用表明,新型防砂滤砂管提高了油井的产液量,改善了防砂效果。Mechanical sand control is one of the main sand control methods in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir of Shengli oilfield.The conventional resin filter is easy to be damaged in the process of high inclination downhole,and it is easy to be blocked after sand control.When the local liquid out of the reservoir is uneven,it is easy to cause the sand filter tube extrusion deformation,leading to sand control failure.Therefore,an efficient and safe sand control filter pipe has been developed.The outer protective sleeve is added to the sand filter pipe,which improves the success rate of sand filter pipe running in wells.The composite filter layer is used to improve the seepage capacity.The internal safety sand control filter structure is added,which prolongs the validity period of sand control.This method has been applied in 16 wells,with 93.8%success rate of sand control,and the average cost savings in a single well is 140 thousand Yuan.The field application shows that the new type of sand control filter pipe can increase the liquid production of oil well and improve the sand control effect.
