摘 要:经过多年的注水开发,南梁延10层油藏综合含水率高达68.1%,极大地影响了采油效率。为解决这一问题,本研究以原有微生物驱油技术为出发点,对其进行优化。首先对驱油微生物菌种及营养体系进行筛选优化,结果显示当以S001:S003:S004=1:1:1为驱油菌种,在2.3 g/L玉米粉、2 g/L(NH4)2HPO3的营养体系中时,驱油效率可提高13.66%。随后在实验室条件下对菌种固定材料及营养剂投加周期进行优化并进行现场试验。确定固定材料为软性填料,投加周期为3~5 d。最终现场试验结果表明,注入4个月区域整体动态稳定,阶段递减由措施前-0.4%下降到目前-2.0%,含水上升率由措施前3.4%下降到-0.7%,日产油增加1 t,区域开发形势有所好转。After years of water injection development,the comprehensive water cut of Yan 10 reservoir in Nanliang is as high as 68.1%,which greatly affects the oil recovery efficiency.In order to solve this problem,the original microbial flooding technology was optimized.The microbial strains and nutrient system were optimized firstly.It showed that when S001:S003:S004=1:1:1 as strain,2.3 g/L corn flour and 2 g/L(NH4)2HPO3 as nutrient system,the oil displacement efficiency can be increased by 13.66%.Then,the culture fixing materials and nutrient dosing cycle were optimized under laboratory conditions,and the field test was carried out.The fixed material was determined to be soft filler,and the dosing period was 3~5 days.The final field test results showed that the overall dynamic of the region was stable after 4 months of injection,the stage decline was reduced from-0.4%before the measures to-2.0%at present,the water cut increase rate was reduced from 3.4%before the measures to-0.7%,and the daily oil production was increased by 1 t.The regional development situation has improved.
