摘  要:为探讨搭架种植条件下粉葛不同部位N、P、K养分吸收及分配特点,于粉葛采收期从江西省15个县(市、区)的17个粉葛搭架种植基地采集85株植株样品,分析粉葛N、P、K养分吸收及分配特性。结果表明:各部位N含量表现为叶片>葛头>主藤>侧枝>块根,P含量表现为葛头>主藤>块根>叶片>侧枝,K含量表现为块根>葛头>侧枝>叶片>主藤。N、P、K养分间的相关分析表明,主藤、侧枝、叶片中N含量与K含量呈显著正相关,块根中P含量与K含量呈显著正相关,而葛头和叶片中P含量与K含量呈极显著正相关。粉葛块根中N、P、K养分平均分配比例分别为43.14%、55.47%、62.36%,均高于其他部位。每生产100 kg粉葛的N、P、K养分吸收量分别为0.88、0.09、0.89 kg, N、P、K吸收比例为1.00∶0.10∶1.01。粉葛对氮、钾需求较多,生产上应根据土壤养分供应状况合理满足粉葛对氮、钾的需求,并适当配施磷肥。In order to explore the characteristics of nutrient absorption and distribution of N,P and K in different parts of Pueraria thomsonii Benth under the condition of scaffolding planting,a total of 85 plant samples were collected from 17 planting bases of Pueraria thomsonii Benth in 15 counties(cities and districts)in Jiangxi Province during the harvest period,and the characteristics of N,P,and K absorption and distribution of Pueraria thomsonii Benth were analyzed.The results showed that the N content of each part was leaf>basal part of stem>main vine>lateral branch>root tuber,P content was basal part of stem>main vine>root tuber>leaf>lateral branch,and K content was root tuber>basal part of stem>lateral branch>leaf>main vine.The correlation analysis among N,P and K nutrients showed that there was a significant positive correlation between N content and K content in the main vine,lateral branches and leaves,a significant positive correlation between P content and K content in the root tuber,and an extremely significant positive correlation between P content and K content in Pueraria lobata and leaves.The average distribution proportion of N,P and K in root tuber of Pueraria thomsonii Benth was 43.14%,55.47%and 62.36%,respectively,which was higher than that in other parts.The absorption ratio of N,P and K nutrient in Pueraria thomsonii Benth to produce 100 kg fresh root tuber was 0.88 kg,0.09 kg and 0.89 kg,respectively.The N∶P∶K ratio was 1.00∶0.10∶1.01.Pueraria thomsonii Benth had a high demand for nitrogen and potassium.In production,the demand for N and K fertilizer should be reasonably met according to the soil fertilizer supply,and phosphorus fertilizer should be appropriately applied.
