摘 要:叶片是水稻(Oryza sativa L.)进行光合作用的主要器官。叶片形态的改变如适度卷曲可增加水稻群体的光合效率,并最终实现增产。综述了水稻卷叶的类型和细胞学机制及分子调控机制研究进展,阐明了水稻叶片卷曲的主要原因,总结了已定位和克隆的水稻卷叶相关基因及功能,旨在为水稻卷叶基因的利用提供理论依据。Leaf is the main organ of photosynthesis in rice(Oryza sativa L.).Changes in leaf morphology,such as moderate rolling,can increase the photosynthetic efficiency of rice population and ultimately increase yield.In this paper,the types,cytological mechanism and molecular regulation mechanism of rice rolled leaf were reviewed,the main reasons of rice rolled leaf were clarified,and the related genes and functions of rice rolled leaf were also summarized which can provide theoretical basis for the utilization of rice rolled leaf genes in breeding.
