植介入器材管理的持续改进与应用分析

摘　　要：目的进一步规范本院植介入器材的管理,为器材的安全使用提供保障。方法从2019年6月至9月,先成立植介入器材管理小组,根据植介入器材现状调查结果设定目标,然后画出鱼骨图分析器材管理的主要影响因素,并通过头脑风暴法确定制定科室人员培训、常规管理、交接流程调表、器材条码涵盖信息等制度的规范条例。结果经过一系列的管理改进措施,临床病区、导管室和胃镜室、手术部的合格率由89.39%、88.57%、90.83%提升至97.16%、97.39%、98.33%;按照骨科植入器材、外科植入器材及介入器材的分类统计,合格率由6月份的86.11%、86.25%、88.75提升至98.57%、98.84%、99.26%,均高于设定的目标值95%。结论本文植介入器材管理改进措施便于器材流转信息的查询,并且改进效果显著,可为各院植介入器材的管理提供参考。Objective To further standardize the management of planting interventional equipment in our hospital and provide guarantee for the safe use of equipment.Methods From June to September 2019,the management group of interventional devices was set up first,and the objectives were set according to the investigation results of the current situation of interventional devices.Then,the fishbone diagram was drawn to analyze the main influencing factors of device management,and the rules and regulations of department personnel training,routine management,handover process table,bar code information of device were determined and formulated by brainstorming method.Results After a series of management improvement measures,the qualified rate of clinical ward,catheter room,gastroscope room and operation department increased from 89.39%,88.57%,90.83%to 97.16%,97.39%,98.33%.According to the classification statistics of orthopedic implant,surgical implant and intervention equipment,the qualified rate increased from 86.11%,86.25%,88.75%in June to 98.57%,98.84%,99.26%,which were higher than the set target value of 95.75%.Conclusion The improvement measures of the interventional equipment management in this article are convenient for the query of equipment circulation information,and the improvement effect is remarkable,which can provide a reference for the management of implantation equipment in many hospitals.
