摘　　要：随着我国高考制度的改革,每年高校毕业生的人数越来越多,高校思想政治的教育工作对于学生就业创业的帮助是极为明显的,不仅可以有效引导高校学生的就业创业思维,还可以在这个过程中有效提升就业创业的实践能力。因此,本文从高校思想政治教育工作对学生就业创业的影响方面入手,从对学生就业创业的意义与重要性出发,重点分析其中存在的问题并提出相应对策,仅供参考。With the reform of college entrance examination system in China,the number of college graduates is increasing every year.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities can help students find jobs and start their own businesses.It can not only effectively guide college students’employment and entrepreneurship thinking,but also effectively improve their practical ability in this process.Therefore,this paper starts from the impact of ideological and political education work on students’employment and entrepreneurship,starting from the significance and importance of students’employment and entrepreneurship,focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference only.
