对我国涉农高职院校服务新农村建设的思考

摘　　要：涉农高职院校对农业人才的培养应服务于社会主义新农村建设,为新农村建设提供智力支持。本文阐述了作者对涉农高职院校农业人才培养以服务于新农村建设的新思考。作者提出政府应加大对农业的投入力度;涉农高职院校要创新人才培养模式,多渠道培养各类农业人才等诸多具体措施,助力社会主义新农村建设。The training of agricultural talents in agricultural higher vocational colleges should serve the construction of new socialist countryside and provide intellectual support for the construction of new countryside. This paper expounds the author’ s new thinking on the cultivation of agricultural talents in agricultural higher vocational colleges to serve the construction of new countryside. The author puts forward that the government should increase its investment in agriculture, and agricultural higher vocational colleges should innovate the mode of personnel training and train all kinds of agricultural talents through various channels in order to help the construction of a new socialist countryside.
