摘　　要：本文依据当今时代的变化,综合考虑了当下时代包容开放的原则,并且比对了之前时代的特点,横向精确地观察了当今学生思想政治工作的种种制度和细节,针对所调查到现状进行分析,发现学生思想政治创新的问题和不足之处,提出建议。希望之后新时代的民办高职院校能够综合考虑研究使得扩招后的学生的思想政治工作有所创新和进步而不是参照之前的管理办法,扩招之后有诸多细节需要进行考虑和探索,并需要针对与之前工作的不同的地方进行改变创新。Based on the changes of the current era,this paper comprehensively considers the principle of inclusiveness and openness in the current era,compares the characteristics of the previous era,observes the various systems and details of the ideological and political work of today’s students,analyzes the current situation,finds out the problems and deficiencies of students’ideological and political innovation,and puts forward suggestions.It is hoped that the private higher vocational colleges in the new era can comprehensively consider the research,so that the ideological and political work of the students after enrollment expansion can be innovated and improved,instead of referring to the previous management methods.After the expansion of enrollment,there are many details to be considered and explored,and changes and innovations are needed for different places with previous work.
