摘　　要：在政治组织的建设管理中融入全面质量管理理念和方法,是对马克思主义建党学说的有益补充。本文在坚持马克思主义政党立场和观点的前提下,基于全面质量管理视角,总结了质量管理理念和方法嵌入高校基层党建的一般方式,并以提升基层党建质量为目的,结合苏州市职业大学近年的党建实践,提出了将质量管理的普遍性原理和方法应用到高职院校党支部创建质量和组织力提升的可行性路径。Integrating the concept and method of total quality management into the construction and management of political organizations is a beneficial supplement to the Marxist theory of Party building.Based on the perspective of total quality management,this paper summarizes the general ways of embedding quality management ideas and methods into the grassroots Party building in higher colleges on the premise of adhering to the Marxist party positions and views.In order to improve the quality of Party building at the grass-roots level,combined with the practice of Party building in Suzhou Vocational University in recent years,this paper puts forward the feasible path of applying the universal principles and methods of quality management to the construction of Party branches in higher vocational colleges.
