摘  要:缆索吊装斜拉扣挂法悬拼过程中,塔架会随着拱肋节段的起吊、运输、拼装过程产生较大位移,从而影响拱肋线形和拼装精度,甚至影响安全。塔架智能主动控制是近几年提出并初步应用的施工控制方法,其核心内容是缆风初张力拟定和主动调载力计算。通过考虑缆索的几何非线性效应,提出了索的初张力拟定方法;结合影响矩阵法,提出了主动控制力的计算方法。建立塔架有限元模型,提取施工阶段影响矩阵,计算各施工阶段所需调载力,对比分析了调载效果,并根据计算结果拟定了初张力和调载设备并应用于平南三桥。实测结果表明,采用该方法拟定的初张力方案和千斤顶行程,能满足控制目标的要求,有效地将塔顶偏位控制在25 mm以内,对采用智能主动控制的缆索吊装施工设计有一定的参考价值。In the process of cable hoisting and cable-stayed suspension,the tower displacement will happen a-long with the lifting,transportation,the assembly process of the arch rib segment,which will affect the align-ment,the assembly accuracy of the arch rib,and even the safety.Intelligent active control and a construction control method is proposed and applied in recent years,for the determination of cable wind tension and calcula-tion of active load adjustment.By nonlinear effect of the cable,a method for formulating the initial tension of the cable is proposed.Combined with the influence matrix method,the method of calculating the active control force during the construction phase is put forward,to establish the finite element model of the tower,extract the influence matrix of the construction phase,calculate the required load capacity at each construction stage in comparing the displacement and cable force changes before and after the load regulation,and formulating the in-itial tension and load-carrying equipment.According to the calculation results it is applied to the Pingnan Third Bridge,and shows that the initial tension scheme and the jack stroke can meet the requirements of the control target,effectively control the tower top deviation within 25 mm.That provides reference for the cable hoisting construction for intelligent active control.
