基于模糊层次分析法的森林生态旅游景区开发潜力评价——以吉林省4个典型森林生态景区为例

摘　　要：为了更客观地对森林生态旅游景区进行定性和定量评价,构建了吉林省森林生态旅游景区开发潜力评价指标体系;运用模糊层次分析法,对长白山国家级自然保护区,以及长春净月潭、辉南龙湾群和蛟河拉法山国家森林公园等4个具有代表性的森林生态旅游景区开发潜力进行了分析。结果表明:长白山国家级自然保护区综合得分为9.04,属于五级最佳开发区域;长春净月潭国家森林公园等其他3个景区综合得分均在8分以上,属于四级次佳开发区域。景区自身资源独特性、观赏审美价值、生态价值和环境自身的气候舒适状是吉林省生态旅游景区发展的优势,而吸引范围小、社区参与程度低、周围旅游地的关联程度弱以及旅游基础设施不完善是吉林省生态旅游景区发展的劣势。在对评价结果进行深入分析的基础上,提出树立正确生态价值观,做好规划与评估,完善产品体系、打造森林生态旅游品牌,强化旅游基础设施建设、构建便捷高效的“快进”交通网络等相关建议。Evaluation and comparison of development potential for ecotourism scenic spots in Jilin Province pro-vide scientific basis for ecotourism scenic spots and development strategy,and help the coordinated development with economic,social and ecological benefits.The index system of the forest ecotourism attraction development potential is constructed.Then by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,four forest ecotourism attractions are selected(Changbai Mountain National Nature Reserve,Changchun Jingyuetan National Forest Park,Huinan Longwan-qun National Forest Park,Jiaohe Lafa Mountain National Forest Park)for evaluating tourism development poten-tial.The results show that the comprehensive score of Changbai Mountain National Nature Reserve is 9.04,the best development area of Grade 5.The comprehensive score of other three scenic spots,such as Changchun Jingyuetan National Forest Park,is above 8,the sub-best development area of Grade 4.Uniqueness of each scenic spot resources,aesthetic value of appreciation,ecological value and comfortable climate condition of cir-cumstance is the development advantages of Jilin Province.Small attraction scope,poor community participa-tion,weak connection of tourist destination and imperfect tourism infrastructure are disadvantages.They need to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis of the evaluation,suggestions are establishing correct ecological val-ues,good planning forest ecotourism,improving the forest ecotourism product system,building forest ecotourism brands,strengthening tourism infrastructure construction and building convenient and efficient transportation network.
