摘　　要：以辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所为例,阐述了科研管理工作措施,具体包括加强科研管理人才队伍建设、加强项目和成果的实施过程管理、加强成果储备和培育工作、开展信息化管理模式、加强科技档案的日常管理等方面内容,以期为农业科研院所科研管理工作有效开展提供参考。Taking Liaoning Institute of Saline-alkali Land Utilization as an example,the measures of scientific research management were elaborated,including strengthening the construction of scientific research management personnel,strengthening the management of the implementation process of projects and results,strengthening the storage and cultivation of achievements,carrying out informatization management models,and strengthening the daily management of science and technology archives,etc.,in order to provide references for the effective development of scientific research management of agricultural research institutes.
