摘　　要：目的了解我国3省社区糖尿病患者自我管理现状,为进一步开展以社区为基础的糖尿病干预研究提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对江苏、山西、河南3省的2665名社区糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,主要包括人口学特征、规范用药状况、饮食控制状况、合理运动状况、血糖监测状况、社会支持状况等。结果 67.9%的糖尿病患者能够遵照医生的要求按时按量用药,47.9%能够严格控制饮食,61.1%能够参加体育锻炼,且运动时间和次数达到要求,48.7%能够做到按医生要求定时测量血糖,不同人口学特征人群存在差异(P <0.05)。59.2%的糖尿病患者需要饮食控制方面的支持,55.6%需要合理用药方面的支持,62.1%需要科学运动方面的支持,57.8%需要缓解压力方面的支持,而53.0%的患者不需要血糖监测方面的支持。结论糖尿病患者的自我管理能力有待提高,应进一步指导医护人员利用健康教育方法,开展个体化的糖尿病患者管理工作。Objective To understand the current situation of self-management ability among diabetic patients in communities from 3 provinces in China,and to provide the basis for community-based diabetes intervention research.Methods A total of 2665 community-based diabetic patients from Jiangsu Province,Shanxi Province and Henan Province were investigated,including demographic characteristics,following doctors’ advice to take the drug/insulin,alimentary control,sports exercises,blood glucose monitoring.Results 67.9% of the patients could take medicine on time according to the doctor’s requirements,47.9% of them could strictly have the alimentary control,61.1% could participate in physical exercise,and 48.7% could regularly have the blood glucose monitoring.There were significant differences among the different demographic characteristics groups(P <0.05).59.2% of the patients needed support for alimentary control,55.6% for taking medicine on time according to the doctor’s requirements,62.1% for sports exercise,57.8% for stress relief,while 53.0% do not need the support for blood glucose monitoring.Conclusion The self-management ability of diabetic patients needs to be improved.It is necessary to guide the primary health workers to carry out the individualized diabetes management by using health education methods.
