摘　　要：警用地理信息系统作为地理信息系统的一项拓展应用,为我国公安工作带来了巨大的变革,形成了以GIS为核心的新型现代化警务模式,极大地提高了警务处理效率。国内PGIS平台的基础建设发展迅猛,但核心技术仍处于研发阶段,实际应用面较窄,技术存在局限性是当前的主要问题。As an expanded application of geographic information system(GIS),police geographic information system has brought great changes to the public security work of our country,formed a new modern policing mode with GIS as the core,and greatly improved the efficiency of policing processing.The infrastructure of domestic PGIS platform is developing rapidly,but the core technology is still in the stage of research and development,the practical application is narrow,and the limitation of technology is the main problem at present.
