摘  要:基于唐山乐亭菩提岛海上风电场300MW示范工程项目的建设经历,文章对冰区风场建设过程的抗冰与防冰对策进行了讨论。重点比较了油气平台与风机平台抗冰性能,并对安装破冰锥体降低冰力的方案进行了论证。结论表明,是否采用破冰锥体要由开发环境的冰情、结构的抗冰特性等因素决定,提出在寒区风场开展冬季海冰测量与监测的必要性。Based on the construction experience of 300MW demonstration project of offshore wind farm in Leting Bodhi Island,Tangshan,this paper discusses the iceresistance and prevention countermeasures in the process of wind farm construction in ice area.The ice resistance of oil and gas platform is compared with that of fan platform,and the scheme of installing ice breaking cone to reduce ice force is demonstrated.The conclusion shows that whether to adopt the ice-breaking cone or not should be decided according to the ice conditions of the development environment and the ice-resistant characteristics of the structure,and then this paper points out the necessity of measuring and monitoring sea ice in winter in the wind field in cold regions.
