摘　　要：防暴弹药使用安全受弹药品种与状态、人员训练水平和使用环境影响,近年来,军队大力开展实战训练,防暴弹药使用事故频发。针对此类问题,文章从弹药自身状态、人员、储存和使用环境四个方面对防暴弹药使用时的不安全因素进行汇总分析,利用未确知测度模型结合实例对各因素进行定量研究,得出各因素所占权重,从而确定安全等级,为预测防暴弹药使用安全性提供了有效方法。The safety of the use of anti-riot ammunition is affected by the variety and state of ammunition,the training level of personnel and the environment for use.In recent years,the army has vigorously carried out actual combat training,and accidents in the use of anti-riot ammunition occur frequently.This paper summarizes and analyzes the unsafe factors in the use of anti-riot ammunition from four aspects:the state of ammunition,personnel,storage and use environment.Using the unascertained measure model combined with an example to make a quantitative study of each factor,the weight of each factor is obtained,and the safety grade is determined,which provides an effective method for predicting the safety of anti-riot ammunition.
