摘　　要：目前来看,电话网络通信系统在不断地完善和发展,各种新技术层出不穷,软交换技术就是其中之一。在电话网络通信系统中充分发挥该技术,并以此为基础开展智能化的改造和建设工作,可以促进通信业务水平的提升,同时强化信息建设工程的建设。通过分析电话网络通信信息系统向智能化方向发展的意义和软交换系统的结构,阐述了软交换技术的应用作用及应用方式,从而为信息化工程的建设发展提供参考。At present,the telephone network communication system is constantly improving and developing,and various new technologies are emerging one after another.Softswitch technology is one of them.Giving full play to the role of this technology in the telephone network communication system,and carrying out intelligent transformation and construction work on this basis,can promote the improvement of the level of communication services and at the same time strengthen the construction of information construction projects.This article analyzes the significance of the development of the telephone network communication information system in the direction of intelligence and the structure of the softswitch system,expounds the application of softswitch technology and the application of softswitch technology,which can provide references for the construction and development of information engineering.
