摘　　要：目的观察冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)与血清几丁质酶3样蛋白1(YKL-40)、脑钠肽(BNP)、人热休克蛋白60(HSP60)的相关性。方法选取我院收治的100例接受冠状动脉CTA检查患者,按照冠脉CTA Agatston法积分(CACS)差异分为钙化组(n=77)与对照组(n=23),并按照CACS差异将钙化组分为三个亚组:甲组(n=24,0.1~99.9)、乙组(n=26,100~399.9)、丙组(n=27,≥400),比较对照组与钙化组一般资料、对照组与各亚组血清YKL-40、BNP、HSP60,并进行相关性分析。结果钙化组年龄、糖尿病史与高血压史患者比例明显大于对照组(P<0.05);血清YKL-40、BNP、HSP60:对照组>甲组>乙组>丙组,比较差异显著(P<0.05);CACS与血清YKL-40、BNP、HSP60呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论年龄、糖尿病与高血压史为冠脉钙化影响因素,冠脉CTA所示冠脉钙化程度与血清YKL-40、BNP、HSP60呈正相关。Objective To observe the correlation between coronary CT angiography(CTA)and serum chitinase-3-like-1 protein(YKL-40),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and heat shock protein 60(HSP60).Methods 100 patients who underwent coronary CTA in the hospital were divided into the calcification group(n=77)and the control group(n=23)according to the coronary CTA Agatston calcium score(CACS).According to differences in CACS,patients in the calcification group were divided into group A(n=24,0.1-99.9),group B(n=26,100~399.9)and group C(n=27,≥400).The general data of the control group and the calcification group were compared.Serum YKL-40,BNP and HSP60 were compared between the control group and the subgroups,and correlation analysis was performed.Results Age,proportions of patients with history of diabetes and history of hypertension in the calcification group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The order of serum YKL-40,BNP and HSP60 from low to high was as follows:the control group,group A,group B,group C(P<0.05).CACS was positively correlated with serum YKL-40,BNP and HSP60(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,history of diabetes and hypertension are the influence factors of coronary calcification.The degree of coronary calcification displayed by coronary CTA is positively correlated with serum YKL-40,BNP and HSP60.
