摘  要:近年化疗药物在肿瘤治疗中取得了较好的疗效,但耐药性仍然是多种癌症治疗的重要障碍,常导致治疗失败甚至复发。其中,化疗药物自身诱导耐药成为新的研究热点,部分化疗药物在治疗疾病的同时,通过诱导肿瘤细胞或周围基质细胞释放可溶性分子,上调抗凋亡蛋白表达等保护肿瘤细胞,改变肿瘤微环境,使肿瘤细胞避免被化疗药物杀伤,引发耐药。本文就化疗药物诱导肿瘤细胞耐药的研究进展进行综述,主要包括化疗药物诱导可溶性细胞因子和高表达抗凋亡分子介导化疗耐药。In recent years,chemotherapeutic drugs have achieved good effects in tumor therapy. However,drug resistance is still an important obstacle in treatment of most cancers,which often leads to treatment failure or even relapse. Among them,chemotherapy drug itself induced resistance becomes a new research hotspot. Some chemotherapy drugs in treatment of diseases can protect tumor cells,change tumor microenvironment and prevent killing effect of tumor cells from chemotherapeutic drugs via tumor cells or stromal cells releasing soluble molecules around,raising expressions of anti-apoptotic proteins to cause chemotherapy resistance. This paper reviews research progress of chemotherapeutic drugs induced drug resistance in tumor cells,major including chemotherapeutic drugs mediated drug resistance via inducing soluble cytokines and。
