摘 要:针对永定河多水源、多通道、多补水点情况下生态补水调度难的问题,为了实现生态补水总量既定情况下、尽可能增加全线有水时间的目标,基于2019年、2020年永定河三次生态补水试验情况,建立水量平衡模型,对永定河北京段生态补水方式进行了深入研究。在此基础上对永定河北京段不同可配置水源、不同入渗条件下的生态补水效果进行对比分析,提出了永定河生态补水调配方案建议。结果表明:永定河首次通水时采用70 m^(3)/s的大流量集中补水方式,可有效缩短全线首次"湿河槽"通水时间,减少河道输水损失,节约首次通水补水量;后期维持水面采取官厅山峡段、平原段分段小流量补水方式,可减小山峡段大流量补水渗漏量、避开平原北段园博湖高渗漏河段,在节约水资源的同时可增加北京段全线有水时间,如常态化补水3~5 a后入渗条件下,增加平原段南水北调补水1亿m^(3),可增加永定河北京段全线流动天数200 d。Aiming at the problem that the ecological water supplement dispatching is difficult to be made for Yongdinghe River under the condition of multi-water sources,multi-channels and multi-water supplement points,a water balance model is established in accordance with the actual situations of the water supplement experiments of Yongdinghe River carried out for three times in 2019 and 2020,so as to realize the target of increasing the time of water flowing in the channel of the full route of the river section as longer as possible under the situation of the fixed total amount of the ecological water supplement,from which the ecological water supplement mode for Beijing section of Yongdinghe River is deeply studied.On the basis of this,the ecological water supplement effects from different allocatable water sources and different infiltration conditions are comparatively analyzed,while the relevant suggestions on the allocation scheme of the ecological water supplement for Beijing Section of Yongdinghe River are put forward as well.The results show that if the mode of centralized water supplement with the large flow of 70 m^(3)/s is adopted for the first time of the water-passing of Yongdinghe River,the water-passing time for the first time of the wetting of the full route of the river channel can be effectively cut down along with both the reduction of the loss of the water conveyance in the river channel and the saving of the amount of the water supplement for the first time of the water-passing;meanwhile,if the in-section mode of the water supplement with small flow for Guanting Gorge Section and the plain section is adopted for the maintaining the water area in the late period,the leakage from the water supplement with large flow along the gorge section can be reduced and the river section with high leakage of Garden Expo Lake at the north section of the plain can be kept away,thus the water flowing time of the full river channel of Beijing Section can be increased at the same time of saving water resources;for insta
