产教融合背景下公共英语教育供给侧改革研究

摘　　要：随着供给侧理念的兴起,供给和需求关系开始逐渐受到教育界的重视和关注。公共英语教育中,不仅要加强对人才实践能力和创新能力的培养,也要增加对企业需求的了解,加强促进产教融合,这样才能了解市场需求,从而促进公共英语教育供给侧发展,使人才的就业竞争力和就业能力逐渐提升。随着经济全球化发展,我国需要很多外语人才。因此,只有加强对公共英语教育的重视,不断培养高素质复合型语言人才,才能满足社会需求。本文介绍公共英语教育供给侧,阐述单就融合背景下公共英语教育供给侧改革路径,从而促进公共英语教育质量和教育效率不断提升,为我国培养更多语言人才。With the rise of the supply-side concept,the relationship between supply and demand has gradually received attention and attention from the education community.In public English education,it is necessary not only to strengthen the cultivation of talents’practical ability and innovation ability,but also to increase the understanding of the needs of enterprises,and strengthen the promotion of the integration of production and education.The employment competitiveness and employability of the company have gradually improved.With the development of economic globalization,our country needs many foreign language talents,so as to promote the continuous improvement of public English education quality and education efficiency,and cultivate more language talents for our country.
