摘　　要：构建多元化基层农业技术推广体系是我国农业技术推广事业发展的重要内容。在现代化农技推广过程中,作为在农村社区某一范围内对其他农民的认知和行为具有较大影响的人物,能人起着十分重要的中介作用。本文对能人的概念进行具体阐释,认为“能人效应”是示范效应、公益效应、信息共享效应与磁化效应在农技推广过程中的综合体现,进而提出相应对策扩大“能人效应”,以期带动多元主体参与现代化农技推广,进一步完善现代化农业技术推广体系。The construction of agricultural technology extension system of the diversified grass-roots is an important part in the development of agricultural technology extension system in China.In the process of modern agricultural technology extension,as a person who has great influence on the cognition and behavior of other farmers in a certain range of the rural community,“capable man”plays a very important intermediary role.This article explains the concept of“capable men”specifically,and proposes that the effect of“capable men”is a comprehensive reflection of demonstration effect,public welfare effect,information sharing effect,and magnetization effect in the process of agricultural technology extension.Then it suggests corresponding countermeasures to expand the effect of“capable men”,in order to promote multiple subjects to participate in modern agricultural technology extension and further improve the system.
