交叉配型和血小板抗体检测对保障临床输血安全的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析交叉配型和血小板抗体检测对保障临床输血安全的应用价值。方法选择2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的血液病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组根据患者血型选择同型血小板输注,观察组进行交叉配型和血小板抗体检测,根据结果输注相合的血小板。比较两组输注有效率、凝血功能及安全性。结果观察组血小板输注有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组APTT、PT、TT均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床输血前进行交叉配型和血小板抗体检测能够确保输血安全,减少同种免疫反应,提高输血有效率,促使凝血功能得到改善,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the application value of cross-matching and platelet antibody detection to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Methods Eighty patients with hematological diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation grouf randomly,with 40 cases in each group.The control group selected the same type of platelet transfusion according to the patient's blood type,the observation group was tested for cross-matching and platelet antibody,and the same platelet was transfused according to the result.The effective rate,coagulation function and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of platelet transfusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The APTT,PT and TT in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cross-matching and platelet antibody testing before clinical blood transfusion can ensure the safety of blood transfusion,reduce all immune reactions,improve the efficiency of blood transfusion,and promote the improvement of blood coagulation function,and the safety is high.
