摘　　要：目的探讨舒芬太尼对老年髋部骨折患者的麻醉效果。方法选择2017年9月至2019年2月于本院治疗的老年髋部骨折患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组患者采用罗哌卡因进行麻醉,观察组患者采用舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因进行麻醉,比较两组患者感觉阻滞时间、运动阻滞时间以及术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者镇痛评分明显低于对照组;观察组患者感觉阻滞时间明显长于对照组,运动阻滞时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患术后睡眠质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼对老年髋部骨折患者的麻醉效果较好,同时可以延长感觉阻滞时间,缩短运动阻滞时间,有利于患者术后恢复。Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of sufentanilin elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ropivacaine,and the observation group was treated with sufentanilcombinedwith ropivacaine.The sensory block time,motor block time and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sensory block time of observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the motor block time of was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil is effective in anesthesia for elderly patients with hip fracture,and it can prolong the time of sensory block and shorten the time of motor block,which is conducive to the recovery of patients after operation.
