摘 要:大学生的心理健康问题已经引起了社会越来越多的关注。大学生看似轻松、压力小,实则负担很重。在学业压力、独自生活压力、与同学和室友相处的压力、感到前途迷茫的心理压力、就业压力等多种压力下,大学生心理健康会出现较严重的问题。如何缓解大学生心理健康问题已成为各高校无法回避的问题。该文通过分析与在校大学生心理问题相关的因素,提出大学生自我调适压力的方法,以期帮助大学生走出心理困境。The mental health of college students has become a public concern.College students are a seemingly relaxed and less stressful group,but in fact they bear a heavy burden,such as the pressure of study,the difficulty of living alone without the wings of their parents,the lack of understanding of how to get along with each other between classmates and the dormitory,confusion about their own future,difficulties in employment,and other pressures.Relatively serious problems have now emerged in the mental health of college students.How to reduce the mental health problems of college students has become a very serious problem that colleges and universities cannot avoid at present.This paper analyzes the related factors of college students’psychological problems and proposes methods for college students to adjust their pressure to help college students get out of psychological haze.
