摘　　要：随着市场经济和城镇化的冲击,传统乡村文化日渐衰落,农村成人教育发展缓慢,乡村文化振兴势在必行。文化礼堂作为农民的"精神家园",具有内容大众化、形式多样化、性质公益化等特征,对农村成人教育发展和乡村振兴具有重要价值。通过因地制宜推进文化礼堂建设、双管齐下提升活动质量与数量、科学创新强化管理运行机制,可以更好地建设文化礼堂,助推农村成人教育再次发展。With the impact of market economy and urbanization,the traditional rural culture is declining,and the development of adult education in rural areas is slow,so the cultural revitalization in rural areas is imperative.As the“spiritual home”of farmers,the cultural auditorium has the characteristics of popular content,diversified forms and commonweal nature,which is of great value to the development of rural adult education and rural revitalization.Through promoting the construction of cultural auditoriums according to local conditions,improving the quality and quantity of activities,and strengthening the management and operation mechanism through scientific innovation,we can better build cultural auditoriums and boost the development of rural adult education again.
