摘 要:试验旨在研究丙酸钙对奶牛热应激的调控作用。试验选取产后(32±4)d健康的产奶量、体况、胎次(2~4胎)相近的泌乳奶牛24头,随机分为3组,分别为CON(对照)组、CA(丙酸钙)组和CR(丙酸铬)组。结果显示:各组前、中期奶牛呼吸频率和直肠温度无显著差异(P>0.05),但CA组奶牛呼吸频率在后期显著下降(P<0.05)。CA组和CR组奶牛的产奶量显著提高(P<0.05);CA组乳脂率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);CA组和CR组的乳蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)和总胆固醇(TC)含量无显著差异(P>0.05);与CON组相比,CA组肌酸激酶有降低趋势;CR组的甘油三酯(TG)含量在中期显著降低(P<0.05),CA组TG含量在后期显著降低(P<0.05);CA组TC含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,丙酸钙对热应激奶牛的生理机能、血液指标有调控作用,提高奶牛的产奶量和乳脂率,降低奶牛呼吸频率,缓解热应激对奶牛的负面影响。The purpose of the experiment was to study the regulation of calcium propionate on heat stress in dairy cows.In the experiment,24 milk cows with similar healthy milk production,body condition and parity(2~4 births)were selected for the postpartum(32±4)d,and they were randomly divided into three groups,namely the CON(control)group and CA(chromium propionate)group and CR(propionic acid chromium)group.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the respiratory frequency and rectal temperature in the early and mid-term of each group(P>0.05),but the respiratory frequency of the CA group decreased significantly in the later period(P<0.05).The milk production of CA group and CR group was significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05).CA group's milk fat rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).CA group and CR group had significantly higher milk protein content control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),potassium(K),sodium(Na),calcium(Ca)and total cholesterol(TC)content in each group(P>0.05).Compared with the CON group,the CA group had a decreasing trend of creatine kinase.Compared with the CON group,the triglyceride(TG)content of the CR group was significantly reduced in the middle period(P<0.05),and the TG content of the CA group was significantly lower in the later period(P<0.05).The TC content in the CA group was significantly lower than that in the CON group(P<0.05).The study indicates that calcium propionate has a regulatory effect on the physiological functions and blood indicators of heat-stressed dairy cows,improves milk production and milk fat rate of dairy cows,reduces the respiratory rate of dairy cows,and alleviates the negative effects of heat stress on dairy cows.
