盐穗木粗提液对小鼠大肠杆菌感染的防治观察

摘　　要：试验通过盐穗木粗提液对大肠杆菌感染病例的防治效果观察,确定盐穗木在临床病例中的药用效果。使用中药醇提法获取盐穗木粗提液,将盐穗木粗提液旋转蒸发浓缩至1 g/mL,通过小鼠对盐穗木粗提液的药物最大耐受剂量试验及人工感染大肠杆菌的防治试验,获取盐穗木临床药用数据。结果显示,1 g/mL盐穗木粗提液在小鼠感染大肠杆菌病中预防效果不佳,但在临床治疗中具有一定的疗效。Through Halostachys caspica crude extract of E.coli infection preventive and therapeutic effect observation,to understand the medicinal effect of Halostachys caspica in clinical cases.The crude extract of Halostachys caspica was obtained by alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine,and the crude extract was concentrated to 1 g/mL by rotary evaporation.The maximum drug resistance test and preventive and therapeutic test of artificial infection of E.coli in mice were carried out,in order to obtain of Halostachys caspica the preliminary theoretical data of the clinical pharmacy research.The results showed that the 1 g/mL Halostachys caspica extract was not effective in the prevention of E.coli infect in mice,but it has certain curative effect in clinical treatment.
