摘　　要：文章以辽宁省秸秆饲料化利用相对集中的沈阳、鞍山、抚顺、锦州、朝阳、阜新、铁岭共7个市为调研对象,对全省秸秆资源利用、草牧业发展现状、存在的问题进行客观评价和分析。结果显示,7个市秸秆资源丰富,饲料化利用提升空间巨大,草牧业恢复势头强劲、发展前景较好。存在的主要问题包括秸秆饲料化利用技术研究和推广力度仍需加强,秸秆利用扶持政策力度仍需加大,有必要通过加大秸秆饲料化利用政策扶持力度、加强秸秆饲料化综合技术创新与推广应用,进一步保障粮食安全,促进辽宁省草牧业高质量发展。The paper takes Shenyang,Anshan,Fushun,Jinzhou,Chaoyang,Fuxin and Tieling,which are relatively concentrated in straw feed utilization in Liaoning Province as the research objects,objectively evaluates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of straw resource utilization and grass husbandry development in Liaoning Province.The results showed that seven cities are rich in straw resources,there is a huge space for feed utilization promotion,strong momentum of grassland and animal husbandry recovery and promising development prospects.The main problems include the research and promotion of straw feed utilization technology,and the support policy of straw utilization still needs to be strengthened.It is necessary to strengthen the support of straw feed utilization policy,strengthen the comprehensive technology innovation and application of straw feed,further guarantee food security and promote the high quality development of grass and animal husbandry in Liaoning Province.
